At reevive, Sellers have the flexibility to input their designated shipping price depending on the method that makes most sense for them. Our site is compatible with the following carriers:
- DHL
- FedEx
- UPS
- USPS
*If the shipping cost ends up being more than the price the Seller inputted, Seller will bear the burden of the difference.*
Note: Our customers are ONLY in the United States, so no need to worry about any international custom fees.
Here is the process break down:
1) Determine your shipping cost by choosing your carrier and method of shipment
2) Add this shipping fee to your product listing. Remember- the Buyer will see only one final price & will not pay additional fees for shipping. You will cover the shipping cost upfront, but will receive the full listed price (which includes your inputted shipping fee) when the transaction is complete
3) Pack and ship your item within 5 days of making a sale and ** SAVE YOUR TRACKING INFORMATION **
4) Mark your item as shipped and enter the specific Carrier’s tracking information in your Account Dashboard to confirm the sale. Your package will not be deemed sent until this tracking number is plugged in. We are not responsible for item(s) shipped without entering the tracking number on reevive. Be sure to send and enter the tracking in your Account Dashboard within 5 days to avoid the transaction from being cancelled
5) Once the tracking number is entered into your Account Dashboard, Reevive will automatically send the info to the buyer so they can anticipate its arrival
All items sold on reevive are final sale and non-returnable. We encourage you to ask as many questions as necessary to feel confident about your piece before purchasing.
Sellers on reevive are required to describe their item(s) honestly & accurately, including all relevant information about size, color, style, and condition. If an item you purchased is misrepresented, you may submit the Conflicts Resolution Form to our team within 5 days of receiving your item.
If, after reviewing the claim, we determine your item was not accurately depicted, we will then send you a return label to send your item(s) back to the Seller, free of charge, plus process a refund in full to your original payment method.
Items must be sent back to seller within 5 days of the dispute being settled.
Returns sent directly back to the seller without first filling out the Conflicts Resolution Form will not be processed!
** After this 5-day delivery window, the sale is considered accepted and funds will be transferred to the Seller; the transaction is then closed and final **
