In order to foster a quality shopping experience, our experts will carefully review and approve each listing to ensure each piece is a good fit for our site. Once your listing is approved, it will appear in your showroom in 3-5 business days.
Designer looks must be in nearly-new or mint condition!
Items should be clean, free of stains, tears, odors, major discoloration, & major flaws
Using our template, describe your piece with detail
** Flaws or damages MUST be disclosed **
Click photos of your piece in adequate lighting (preferably daylight) to truly capture the color & detail of your item. We will do our best to enhance your images
Don’t forget to include photos of receipts, proof of purchase, or the designer tags! Also, modeling items helps increase sales, especially with sarees!
Be sure to refer to our sizing guide for accurate measurements. Items must be consistent with this guide or buyer may refuse the piece!
Determine which flat rate shipping option would best suit your needs depending on your item’s weight and add this shipping cost to the listing price. Buyer will only see one final price. See our shipping and returns page for detailed information
Keep an eye out for emails regarding questions, comments, and offers potential buyers may have about your piece(s).
You have 24 hours to accept an offer or counter-offer, otherwise the transaction will be cancelled.
The more prompt you are to reply, accept an offer, or counter offer, the more likely you are to make a sale!
** DO NOT TAKE ANY TRANSACTIONS OFF-SITE **
You will not be protected and you will be banned from all future transactions on reevive
If the Buyer is happy with their item(s), they should mark their item as “received” so that funds can immediately be paid out. If the Buyer takes no action, funds will be held for 5 days from the date of delivery, after which, they will automatically released to the Seller’s account. This 5 day window ensures the item shipped was in the condition described and authentic. If the Buyer opens a claim within 5 days of receiving their outfit, funds will be held in escrow until the matter is resolved by our team.
Once the payment hits the Seller’s account, it will be transferred to the designated bank account.

If the Seller counter-offers, you then have 24 hours to accept the counter-offer or send a new offer.

**Once you make a purchase, funds will not be released to the seller until 5 days after the item is delivered to you**
The price you see is the price you pay, no additional charges will be taken for shipping.
The shipping time varies upon the delivery service chosen by the Seller. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your item is on its way to you (item will be shipped no more than 5 days after purchase).

You have 5 days from the delivery date to inspect your item. If you’re happy with your purchase, please log in to your account dashboard and mark the item as “received” to immediately release funds to the Seller.
If the item you purchased was not accurately described, you have our Promise to Protect. Be sure to initiate a claim within 5 days of receiving your item so our team may review your situation. *Note: funds will be held until the case is resolved.
If no action is taken 5 days after the items arrive, funds will be released to the Seller and the purchased item can no longer be returned.
